Founded in 2003 by Brad Bohn, West Coast Kicking Academy has built its reputation on the development kickers and punters both mentally and technically. By incorporating solid fundamentals and utilizing biomechanics of movement, the specialists trained by WCKA over the past decade have gone on to become successful at the Youth, High School, Collegiate and Professional levels of football.
As a high school psychology teacher and coach, Brad believes in the development of the individual as a complete person. Through our consistent training program we have been able to help over 1500 kickers and punters reach their goals on and off the field.

Alan brings over 30 year of coaching and mentoring to West Coast Kicking Academy. His understanding of the biomechanics of kicking coupled with his ability to motivate and connect with young athletes is second to none. With over 16 years as a the Co Director for WCKA, he brings a wealth of experience and understanding to each and every training session. He has successfully coached and mentored specialists at the Junior College and High School level.
Alan has a passion for helping young people reach their goals and identifying their strengths both on and off the field.

| Richie Hogan
Punting Director

Richie began training with West Coast Kicking Academy in 2007, where he quickly became one of the best combo P/K's in Southern California. Blessed with tremendous athleticism and a strong work ethic, Hogan earned a scholarship to the University of Central Michigan in 2009. After battling a few injuries in college, he successfully switched from kicker to punter (with the help of Kunzi) and put together a solid college career.
Since leaving Michigan, Richie has continued to develop as a punter and has faired well at NFL combines.
Richie began coaching for West Coast Kicking Academy in 2012 and his knowledge of both punting and kicking are a true asset. He also works as a personal trainer.

| Andrew Aguila

Aguila was one of the first West Coast Kicking Academy Students in 2004. He proceeded to win almost every kicking competition he entered, ranks high on most California High School kicking record lists, became a Junior College All-American and earned a scholarship to Central Michigan.
Aguila capped off a tremendous career by connecting on 5 FG's including a game winner vs Michigan State. After college, Andrew attended NFL combines and tryouts and signed on with the Utah Blaze of the AFL.
Aguila is known for being methodical in his approach to kicking and utilizes his skills to break down the fundamentals for his students.

| Jordan Kay

Jordan has been West Coast Kicking Academy since his Senior season at Cal, where he had a tremendous career for the Bears. In High School, Kay was highly recruited until a knee injury shortened his senior season. Not to be discouraged, Jordan worked hard to get back to the top of his game. He walked on at Cal and successfully won the starting placekicking position for his Junior and Senior seasons.
Jordan's upbeat and energetic demeanor creates a fun and lighthearted environment while he coaches. He is fierce competitor, which translates to his students.

Since joining the West Coast Kicking Academy Staff in 2008, Coach Kunzi has developed a reputation as being one of the best Punting Coaches in the country. His attention to detail and positive coaching style has helped to develop some of the best Collegiate, Junior College and High School Punters in the nation. Couple his mastery of the technical side of punting with superior communication skills and passion for coaching young people and you have a phenominal coach.

| Michael Frisina

A long time WCKA student, Frisina went on to break several records at Saddleback Junior College before transferring to Boise St. and successfully winning the placekicking position. He capped off a tremendous career with a game winning FG vs. the University of Washington in the Las Vegas Bowl.
Mike is the epitome of getting everything he can out of what he has. He is known for having some of the best technique around and was routinely used as model of "How it Should Look" at multiple camps and combines in High School.
Mike has a fiery, likeable personality that students are naturally drawn to and he uses his knowledge of technique coupled with great communication skills to help his students.

| Alex Boy

Long time West Coast Kicking Academy Student Alex Boy joined the staff in 2017 after finishing his Punting career at the University of Nevada. Alex had a couple of tryouts with NFL teams after graduation and is still an NFL Frre Agent. Alex is known for being a hard working, persistent specialist who trusted the process and continued to develop as a Punter until his final game. He is a true coach and relates extremely well to his students with his knowledge and straight forward demeanor. Boy was also a very solid kicker in High Schoo, before specializing as a punter in college. His passion for working with people and knowledge of the biomechanics of punting have helped him to better serve the specialists he works with.
